Madhurima has more than two and a half decades of experience in financial advisory services and has worked on several transactions in mergers & acquisitions. Her breadth of industry experience includes information technology, consumer, financial services, media and other sectors.

She has been involved in fund raising, buy side as well as sell side advisory engagements, business plan reviews and pricing analysis. Part of the PwC Mumbai Corporate finance & investment banking team for more than 15 years, her experience includes providing assistance in identification of investors/ targets, negotiations, support during the due diligence process and in closing transactions in conjunction with legal and tax advisors. 

Select assignments where Madhurima had been involved in the past include providing advisory services in the computation of swap ratios and valuation of diverse businesses to Siemens Group, advising Logica plc in a pricing analysis of their BPO business in India, advising PayMate in the induction of Kleiner Perkins and Sherpalo Ventures, Gadre Marine in acquiring the marine foods business of Hindustan Unilever and the induction of the Kudelski group of Switzerland in IndusInd Media.

Madhurima is an alumnus of Presidency College (Economics) Calcutta and IIM Bangalore.
